All orders made are final. All info provided at purchase should match shipping and billing before check out. Any used or opened hair can not be exchanged. Due to the nature of our items,any alternations what so ever of any orders (processed, prepped, and/or shipped can not be refunded
Hair Extension & care product Exchanging or returning. Because of sanitation and our recent COVID-19 pandemic we are not allowed to accept any exchanging or returned products. Because we cannot control the conditions of which our products are shipped we HIGHLY recommend that when purchasing wigs, bundles, lace materials that you co wash the hair before installing it onto your head. We provide double drawn and super drawn bundles along with full lace wigs at 150/180/200 density. Double drawn uses 70% long hairs 30% short, super double drawn uses 80% long hairs and 20% short. full lace 150 density is equal to 2 bundles, 180 equals to 3 bundles, 200 equals to 4 bundles. Please note that ANY manipulations of the bundles of any kind we cannot exchange or refund. Please if there are any questions please ask them before purchasing because this policy is firm.
Our lace material is HD Swiss lace which is the most durable and transparent lace on the market. Our hair is Raw hair which means it is very Dense. This is the Best lace for having a very undetectable look with ensuring your lace with lace more than one use. PLEASE NOTE our lace is not HD FILM lace and it still has to be handles with care. We highly suggest you have a licensed professional install your lace or wigs as we cannot be liable for any damages done.

Beautilogic custom units purchased have a processing time of 8-10 business days, the customer is responsible for sending their measurement / size requirements after purchasing out items. All units are made from scratch with Raw temple Hair only. Please email us at beautilogic@gmail.com
